Choose and manage a plan
Use Pricing for the plans, billing intervals, benefits, allowances, and prices currently offered to your account. After subscribing, open the user menu, choose Settings, and open Billing to view membership status, invoices, plan controls, and the cancellation section available for an eligible paid subscription.
Billing records
The Billing tab lists available invoices and their payment or refund status. Open the hosted invoice for provider details; when a refund has a credit note, the tab can expose that document separately. Payment and refund status can take a short time to update. After returning from checkout, check Billing to confirm that your payment succeeded; returning to monkeys alone does not confirm payment.
Use the current Pricing page rather than a saved price list.
Confirm the plan and interval before checkout.
Keep the invoice or credit note you need for your records.
Cancel or renew
Cancel plan stops future renewal; it does not refund the payment. After cancellation is scheduled, the current paid period and its plan features continue until the displayed end date. The Billing tab then offers a renew action while renewal can still be restored. At the paid period end, any remaining monthly subscription credits expire; credits in the other categories are not removed by that expiration.

Request a refund separately
Cancellation alone does not submit a refund request. Refund eligibility and consumer withdrawal rights depend on applicable law and the official policy. Read the Terms of Service, which are authoritative, and contact [email protected] when you need to request a refund. Do not rely on this guide as a replacement for the Terms.
A money refund and subscription-credit recovery are separate effects. In a supported subscription-refund flow, the approved payment refund is sent back through the payment provider, while monkeys separately removes any remaining Monthly credits tied to the refunded subscription. Event, Daily refresh, Add-on, and Free credits are not removed as part of that subscription refund, and credits already spent are not converted into cash.
Verify the outcome
Return to the Billing tab to check the subscription state and invoice status. A refund may appear as full or partial depending on the approved path; a cancellation should instead show that renewal is scheduled to stop. If the UI remains unconfirmed or the payment record does not match what support approved, contact support with the relevant invoice reference—never send card details or account passwords.
